Here is a very early (circa 1890) line of RS Prussia pieces featuring various scenes of deer in winter. The colours are applied by hand over an outline transfer, the method used by Reinhold before full-colour transfers became available around 1900. I include the cake plate in mold A9 (see Marples' "Formative Years") to establish their RS origins.
Most of the mugs are full sized shaving mugs, but the tiny ones are less than 2.5 inches tall, and must have been sold as children's mugs. I have no idea how many different scenes there are in this series, but I like the effect they give when displayed together; the colours all match but the scenes provide variety.
