This is the "Animated" version of the Dick Tracy watches. These were produced in 1951 by Muro's for New Haven. These are a single jewel, Swiss made, manual wind movement. These came in a series of different Characters on the dial. Three of which, I have also posted. I just won these 2 watches and the box today on Ebay. Seems that every time I browse through, I end up with something, I guess I'm trying to keep American Green, I spend more money, LOL.
