I have a WWII Hand Carved Stick/Cane that measures approx. 20 inches.
It has been delicately hand carved and has wording spiraling the whole way down to the bottom. It reads:
MAJOR
HAROLD L. HAMILTON
INFANTRY
0-276390
NORTH AFRICA - 1942-1944
PORT LYAUTEY - SAFI - CASABLANCA - RABAT - FREHCH
MOROCO - ALGERIA - PORTA - XPOULE - MOSTAGAHEUM
BOUHANIFIA - ORAN - MAISON BLANCHE - ALGIERS
I cannot find any information on this piece. Please let me know if you can help me with any info or leads so I can pinpoint what this actually is/used for.
Thanks in advance,
Sincerely
Ben
