This is another Hummel figurine. It is called "Hello" which is a boy talking on a telephone. The identification number is No. 124/0 and has the Hummel stamp TMK3 (trademark 3) - Large bee in V and below it Western Germany. Trademark 3 was used 1960-1972 but this is a variation used in 1958-59 which would coincide with when my mom got it in Germany prior to leaving in 1958)
