This is a 1950 magazine advertisement for "21" Brands Club Special Blended Whiskey blended and bottled by the "21" Brands Distillers Corp., Louisville, Kentucky. - A product of "21" Brands, Inc., New York.
-- Apparently, a short-lived whiskey brand in the 1950's.

Tony, this is really an interesting phrase, "all that the name implies". Is this a reference to the celebrated "21 Club" restaurant and club in NYC, now closed?
At the time "21" Brands was a major spirits importer. You can note that many of the ads posted stated "21" Brands as the sole U.S. Distributor. This is a 1950 ad but researching I found they bought their own distillery in Kentucky in 1956.
