This is a 1950 magazine advertisement for Bellows & Company Spirits. Partners Choice Whiskey, Scotch Whisky, and Distilled Dry Gin.
-- Bellows & Company, New York was a U.S. importer of fine wines, tobacco, and whisky founded in 1830. The trademark brand "Bellows" is now owned by Jim Beam Brands Company, Deerfield, Illinois.
(I note that they sometimes spell Whiskey with and without the 'e')
