    10 1/2 inch tall and weighs 9 pounds, Very intricate piece, I believe it's made out of plaster. Inside depth is approximately 4 1/2 inches deep. No idea on it's age.

      I think what you possibly have here is a victorian chalkware vase. Chalkware is like plaster and was used first in the 18th century thru the beginning of the 20th century and again during the Great Depression. The motif on this particular piece fits with the victorian period.

      Inside the vase someone used a drill to make it deeper, doubt chalkware will hold up to a drill. You can see each individual drill hole. My understanding chalkware is not very strong. I'll post more pictures.
