This is a Ingraham Sentinel Travel Clock made by the E. Ingraham Company.
It uses a Sentinel Autocrat dollar pocket watch in a travel case with a factory tag attached with their patent number 2213665.
The Sentinel "Autocrat" dollar pocket watch, is advertised as:
Smart-looking case is chromium plated. Black enamel track with easy-to-read numerals on case. Minute dots on silvered dial. New type second dial, dial turns on red numerals. Non-shatter crystal. $2.75. (this is in a Sears 1947 advertisement, for watch only.
This watch is marked as manufactured in 1950.
