This was a retirement present from those in my staffroom at Newtown high school a few years back now. I'd taught with one of these people at another school here in Sydney. One of our ex-students there is now a well-liked dealer in Sydney and this vase was sourced through him it seems. Love the thought that went into this present and the memories of those two schools.
I believe it to be from the sixties: Scandinavian Glass 1930-2000, Smoke & Ice, Lorenzo Vigier & Leslie Pina, p. 18.

Thanks Bellin! I'm waiting on another book at the moment on Kosta and Orrefors. They sent me an email this morning saying they were having problems.... I agree with you Amber! Don't knock my Dyson. It even matches the decor! I jsut went to the Salvo's and found nothing except a Suzy Cooper plate and saucer. Now all I need is the cup! Dumb!
