This is a 1940's Peggy McCall manikin that was altered to look like a belly dancer years ago. The painting on her chest which I covered matches the painting on her clothes . She was topless but I added the cover up :-) Unique 12 1/2 inch tall . Maybe she was Cleopatra with that eye makeup . But some was very creative when they transformed her . She may have been used as a display for a play or to have a ethnic look by prior owner .

Sean she had no blouse when I got her . She just had that painted chest as her top . Risque I guess . It is old paint . They painted the same design on her see through pants :-) xo
