This is a pocket watch case trade card for The Crown Filled Case.
The only thing I have found on E. E. Joy Watches & Jewelry is that they existed in the late 1800's.
I found a photo online of H. Muhr's Jewelers, Manufactures, Philadelphia, shown in frame #3 above.
