Hello guys. I would appreciate some guidance on this sign. I bought it for about 60 bucks and hope it is vintage not a retro reproduction. Here is what I notice different about it than some similar looking coke signs:
- Mine has a white back (some I see are grey)
- Mine is "pressed" as you can see looking at back
- When looking at the back you can see on mine that that the front curls over
- A magnet does stick to mine
I want to believe it is "real" of course despite it being in great shape. I was also hoping for some guidance on how one can get "smart" on collecting vintage signs especially pepsi. In other words where / how do you learn to pick out the fake from the real? Thanks so much for your time. Jerry
