This is "The Seven Seas" dial on an E. Ingraham pocket watch movement manufactured 1957.
Seven Seas is a registered trademark used for dials on watches, clocks & chronometers. Registration number 0642617 filed Feb. 21, 1939, used since Dec. 24, 1938.

    I added a photo of a 1942 advertisement for The Seven Seas Navigator's Watch that is pictured in George Townsend's Dollar Watch book. Notice that there is no mention of who the maker of the watch is. The dial was the selling factor of this watch, not the watch manufacturer. Although the E. Ingraham Co. was the company that used this dial on their watches, there is no indication on the advertisement or dial that promotes their company.
