I found this vintage low-rider tricycle at a yard sale. (Two low-riders actually.)

I don't know much about it so I need your help identifying this tricycle! Like the Manufacture, Model, approximate year it was made, anything unique about this model.

All steel construction. Hard rubber wheels. Overall condition is good. The front rim needs repair (it's split in two; the pedals rotate, but the wheel doesn't turn). I'm hoping that is an easy repair because the rest of the bike is pretty clean.

Any info regarding the this bike would be appreciated! Thanks.

It was made by a company called PCA. They haven't made them in probably 20 years.
Finding parts is nearly impossible, the easiest fix is to drill 2 or 3 holes through the wheel and use rivets or small bolts to hold it all together. Or if you have a spot welder...
