I wish it would finally be Autumn and get cooler here, but I switched anyway
to my Fall/Winter wardrobe by wearing these lovely lucite and bakelite bangles. The 2 in foreground were bought this year for very little $ so you can still find the good stuff if you hunt.

I absolutely adore the yellow carved one!
Thank you - I found that 2 weeks ago for $21. I thought that was a very good price. The mustard one next in line is also bakelite, next lucite and last bakelite. Many of my bakelite bracelets have darkened over the years because I don't keep them in boxes - not in direct sunlite either. I have a yellow/w black dots that was such a lovely light yellow when I bought it 15 yrs. ago at a junk store.
Bakelite on my mind today - thank you newtimes, vintagemad, inky, vatraio50 and wolcott1 for your love!
