This little jug took my eye because of its handle. The angle of the handle intrigued me and its colour caught the eye too! I've kept it now more than twenty years and have a few more ideas about its true identity. This colour combination is attractive to me. At first I though it might have been English. But I now feel that it may be Harrach. It has ten vertical optical ribs within the shape which add more volume to the piece. The handle looks like it has a chip but not so. The edge is smooth, the "chip' is under the glass and close to the body of the piece, part of the making of the handle.
I'd be interested to have some comment from others.

Takk fyrir!
My initial thought was that it was English but there is something about the handle. The detail of the way it is applied doesn't look like the usual English manufacture, it's too chucky too.
Look my jug with a similar handle:

Nice jug though.
I see what you mean about the handle. Yours is much more angular. Much more Christopher Dresser. I've had this a long time now and had been attracted to it initially because of the Aesthetic shape and colour combo. Now I feel sure it's a Bohemian copy of the fashion of the time. It does have an optic rib effect tat is good as well. Yours however is what I've always thought was great.
still one of my other favorites :) STUNNING AND HAPPY VALENTINES DAY KEVIN AND YOUR OTHER AS WELL:)
Thanks Sean! Have a great Valentine's Day!
