I believe to think it was made in 1955 from the little i have found
Was it the same one as this or different this one has the blue border around it and is suppose to be really rare thanks

Nice piece! I can tell you that your Hamms Bear Bank is valued between 3-500 according to the Red Wing Collectors Society art potttery experts Rose and Steve Splittgerber.
In addition to the bear bank. Red Wing also made a popcorn bowl set and mugs for the Hamms Company.
