These two signs i picked up from a friend of mine yesterday. the Union 76 porcelain sign came out of his service station when he closed it in the 60's. It is in exellent shape and I love the colors. He found two of these Chevron Gasoline signs in a dump in the early 70's by a local Indian reservation ,not sure if they came out of that town or the other town near by. I will have to do some investigating to find out a little more history on it. The sad thing is the other half of this Chevron sign he gave to his kids when they were in high school to take to the mountains to use as a snow sled . After they were done with it they left it laying on the ground. I sure would love to stumble on that walking around in the woods.

U really don't need both signs do you? Hint hint
You couldnt talk my 6 year old out of either one of them. And as for me i dont even want to think about it.
I hear ya, some things I would never sell as well. My daughter is also a young picker at 7 years old.
Had the Union 76 before but never seen the large Chevron. Love the story and that's mostly why I collect. What a find for you!
