1. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET. 11" OF PURE, HEAVY VASELINE GLASS, LOOKING FOR ALL THE WORLD LIKE LOETZ OLYMPIA.

2. HOWEVER, IT DOES HAVE AN INEXPLICABLY THICK BOTTOM.

3. THE PONTIL IS QUITE A MYSTERY. IT IS THERE BUT LOOKS LIKE A HUGE SCRATCH, TURNING THE GLASS FROSTED.

4. a COMPARISON BETWEEN LOETZ OLYMPIA AND MY NEW PIECE WHICH, BECAUSE OF ITS SHAPE AND INDENTATIONS I HAVE DECIDED IS KRALIK. WHAT DO YOU THINK? WHEN LIGHT HITS THEM BOTH PIECES LOOK IDENTICAL IN COLOR, BUT NOT IN THE PHOTOGRAPH.

BY THE WAY, THE LOETZ LOST A HANDLE. LUCKILY, IT WAS SKILFULLY REATTACHED BY MY GENIUS REPAIRMAN FRIEND, DAVE!
