1943-1950, signed MONET PAT'D because they utilise the popular friction ear clip from 1943. Identical bullet-shaped drops were used on the 1950 Carousel necklace which can be seen in the third image from 'Monet the Master Jewelers' by Alice Vega. The top part of the earring looks more art deco so perhaps earlier than the Carousel series?
Incidentally Ms Vega's book is thoroughly researched, beautifully illustrated and jam packed with facts - highly recommended for any vintage costume jewellery enthusiast.
