This is an 8 1/4" diameter solid brass plate. Has a little wear to it as it is used under a potted plant. The makers backstamp is an emblem with Made In Germany around it. I looked up German metal stamps and it is identified as "Unknown Motif found on base of circa 1930's copper pot". The same mark was later used by Wagner. Circa 1940's (pre-war)
