This is an interesting scent? bottle - I feel like the blank was manufactured by one company and refined by another, but I don't know the origin of this piece. Cobalt glass in encased in clear, given an acid bath to give a satin finish, then decorated in gold ink. A metal foot was applied reminiscent of the Franz Wagner pieces I posted several months back. You can tell that there used to be a stopper, because the neck was ground on the inside through the cobalt, exposing the clear outer layer.

in the auction pics didn't they make it look like it was a bit of a tricolor thing?

Certainly not by anything in the auction description, but you're right that one of the photos has what seems to be a greenish tinge toward to top, but I have learned with these types of pieces that lighting can be deceptive in and of itself in auction photos. No complaints here.
