This is a typical 1900 birthday card signed "Bailey" (trademark?). It reads on its back "Publishers by Appointment ,To Their Majesties The King and Queen. Raphael Tuck and Sons Ltd London, Paris, Berlin and New York. Designed at the studios in England and printed at The Fine Art Works in Bavaria.
