Purchased this clock at a local estate sale. I was told it's called a Tramp Art Clock. Has anyone ever seen a clock like this before?

I did some additional research and found out that it is called Fretwork. Just wanted to give everyone an update.

    Thanks for all the responses!

Nice! looks to have a New haven dial and I would suppose it's also a New haven Westminster chime movement as they are pinned directly together. Take a look at the New haven Abbey I have posted.

I've seen several of these over the years. Sometimes fitted with modern quartz movements. I think them were sold as kits... much like the doll house kits you still see. Very nice example! Love it!!

I agree with everything that has been said. You can just barely make out the "Haven" through the beveled glass in the photo you've provided. If you could show more of the dial and movement we might be able to give you a general date of when the movement was made. But even if we're able to do that, it may or may not correspond to the date the case was made or assembled. It's a very nice clock!
