I started collecting the Bing & Grondahl Christmas plates in 1965. I added older plates as time and money would allow. I found out due to limited production the plates from WW2 are harder to located and expensive. I started collecting the Mothers day plates when they first came out in 1969. Bing and Gronhahl very first Christmas Plate was issued in 1895, there has been a plate issued every year since. I don't have them all by a long ways.
