Good thing the Boy Scout that owned this didn't get hurt often, seems that most everything inside is intact!

If it was mine it would be empty...

Mine too, completely! And there'd be extra band aids, because I love band aids

I should just stay away from things that cut me :-(

    I have a knack for nasty bruises... I'm like a peach :(

One can never have enough band-aids! And this is a great piece, btw. Do you know how old it is? I notice on the info card inside, there is no place for a zip code. Does that mean pre '63?

This predates 1963 by a long shot. There is one on worthpoint dated 1928 and I have an advertisement from my 1932 handbook posted on the CW board for this same kit. Check if the bandage wrappers have an expiration date stamp as they are marked sterile.

Wow mustangtony, that WOULD predate '63. Good eye and good idea about the wrappers. I'll be watching to see how old it turns out to be.

There's a "First Aid Guide" that comes with the kit.. the copyright for it is 1932, so I think Mustangtony has it right in that it's a 1932 kit... No dates on the other items, such as the water sterilization tables and the handi-pad
