This is a Satin glass fan vase with heavy enameling and glass beaded grapes. I bought it thinking it was Moser, about 10 to 12 years ago. I had it out of the cabinet and discovered a tiny gold mark on the base.....that reminds me of the Harrach marks I have seen. Only other marks on bottom are the number 491 in black near the pontil. It stands about 9 inches tall 7 1/2 iches wide and 3 inches deep. Thanks for looking.

Harrach Riedel or Moser..
I do think I've seen decor that looks very similar if not the same on Signed Moser pieces. This would have predated the time when Moser was making their own glass. so it would be Harrach glass with Moser decoration. I have seen similar decoration on Riedel pieces as well.
I'd lean towards the Moser/Harrach attribution personally. Then again it could be Harrach straightout. From what I understand they took orders from other companies and sometimes delivered a fully developed product for other glass houses.
It's a fantastic piece. (I just realized I left that out.. but it really is)
