Alfredo, I use to own a piece like the tall uranium with cobalt feet in pic #4 except mine had red feet.. this is the first time ive seen another example like it.. very nice.. and i regret letting it go all these years!
Just remember folks, these shapes were created 112 years ago!
If you have the proof... then you should share. Have not seen anything documented in Sean's shape in the BB catalog.
It's already in one of my other posts on these vases. I do not like to repeat information, particularly if it is available through the Museum of West Virginia.

Better than a link: let's support the West Virginia of American Art by getting the catalog from them: Monograph 12, Butler Brothers 1900, page 12 is where you will find the frog vase.
Hi Al. Yes indeed, your "frog" vase with thorns is in Monograph 12. The illustration shows two different 12" shapes. These type of thorn vases were advertised as two vases in one. I was asking about thorn vase Bellin68 posted a few days ago if you had a reference. His is a different shape from this example shown here in your CW posting. Have the catalog and don't see his shape. He posted the link on this page in his comments.
More details. There were 6 different shapes, but those two were sold together. They sold for $3.95 a dozen and were supposed to retail for 50 cents! Bellini's is in the 1929 catalog.

Hey Al, is the 1929 catalog, Monograph 121 or another catalog? Don't see it in Mono. 121... Sorry to keep asking. I'm anxious to see.
