I just recieved the blue one it came from the US it took a little over 2 weeks to get to me down here in Australia . The other I've had for a couple of years it came from a small place in Germany near the Polish boarder.It took nearly three months to get to me!!
I'm pretty sure they are by Harrach ( or at least I hope so! :) the brownish amber?? coloured one has painted on the base C. 813 5. and the blue 85.
The blue is made from a milk glass covered in frosted blue glass.
They are same shape and 3 1/4" high and delicately hand painted
Both were sold as vases which indeed they would be useful as especially with violets. I think they may have been intended as perfume bottles and would have had cork stoppers as neither neck is ground to take a glass stopper.

They are the prettiest things, I love the dramatic difference of the glass, enhances each beautifully!....;-)
Pretty sure I've had the blue one on watch for a year or so. the price wasn't quite low enough to lure me in. LOL. I am pretty sure these are Riedel.
