I bought this at a sale for $5.00. It is hand blown as on the bottom it shows the cut off. It has no other marks on it anywhere. I don't know anything about it.Who made it and when, is it worth anything. All info would help Thank you

Your vase is French. It is made by Legras 1899 and it's a lovely shape, I also love the colour of the spatter in yours!..
I too have one by Legras and you can see the similarity.
