Three things about this picture. His carburetor is definitely flooded. Without the box he could not put his foot on the top of the car. This picture was taken in Italy where he is a lookout for cruise ships too close to shore.

Yes I think it was developed in 1958,the photo shop I got it from was open from the late 40's-1990's,and the did alot of photo reprints from negatives.Thanks for the love ho2cultcha!
