I have several reference books about "Character" watches. And they all show these in them and always with a description that they don't know who made these. Well with these two ads, I've solved a mystery that spands at least 30 years. These were made and sold by the American Watch Company of Canada. They hail from 1470 Rue Peel, Montreal. I have seen these and always the same thing, "Who Made These?" comes to topic of conversation, well now we know. Hope this finds it's way to George, and hope you all find this informative and like the post. Kerry
