My father sold Cigars, Pipes and Tobacco in the New York City and Long Island area for many years. This was one of the wooden laminated display signs that stores would place on their counters. This display came out shortly after they started the Romeo y Julieta line. I remember there was A LOT of excitement and buzz in the Tobacco community when they started this brand.
