    I found this little maple leaf at a yard sale. I love it but needed some help identifying who made it. It feels like it's metal with a gold coating. The back, as much as i can read, looks like it says J_48 copyright 1850 or 1950 "maple" and there's also a mark which i've taken a photo of. Looks like VM with a squiggly design in the middle. Any help would be great. it's a beautiful piece!
