i used to see these old stone troughs for sale every now and then, but not anymore. this buddha head came off a buddha in the previous post. now that he sat in the water for around 2 yrs, he has a wonderful patina. i just really like this photo!
the other Buddhas here are just little ones i found around my desk.

I love the photo too, but I agree with inky.. I'd be tempted to turn the other way and walk past it pretty darn fast! :-)
i don't get it to tell the truth. i don't find anything scary about the buddha - even just his head, underwater!
