This is one of the "Rarest" character watch that I own. It's a "Before and After" watch. The dial is marked so the Minute hand shows you, 1-30 minutes after the hour and 30-1 minutes before the hour. This was long before digital time pieces and was a learning guide for children to tell the time. The photo shows a time of Two Minutes after Three.
Now for the "Kicker" it's a"Sovereign Watch Co." piece. And here we have a vintage Swiss manual wind Sovereign 7 jewel child's watch.
