Seems for some time I have called out these Kralik shell vases "Meteor" by shape when they are actually the decor name. The Hosch catalog found in the West Virginia Museum of American Glass Hosch catalog, Monograph 59. shows many different shapes, but with the same decor and is stated Meteor.
Here are 5 examples I have acquired and they are found in the Hosch catalog under Meteor.
Pic 1 (left to right) is 6" with white frit and clear threading, 8" white frit with pink threading and a 6" white frit with green threading.
Pic 2 is a 12-1/2" pink and white frit with green threading.
Pic 3 is 6" green with quilted diamond white frit.
Pic 4 is from the Hosch catalog.
