This is a wonderful piece of Victorian history..very Elegant and even lovelier on...the Antique Moonstones are just a wonderful pale white shimmer to them..and not hallmarked but tested to be Silver...the drop is 2.5 inches and was imported from England. I love the nice shimmer to all the stones...another blessing to behold :)

Again, England is EXTREMELY diligent about hallmarks, the laws are VERY strict there. I don't know where it was made, but it wasn't there

Actually there is a lot of English silver that was never Hallmarked for the maker to avoid paying the fees to be Hallmarked. (Not legal but it DID happen often.)

Also if an item's total gold/silver falls below a certain weight, then it is perfectly legal not to have it hallmarked.
