Manikin
(306 items)

These mannequins adorned the window at Hudson dept store in Detroit . I do not know what they advertised but because they have wings I suspect something to do with Christmas . The standing one is 20 inches tall . They appear custom made for the display and are made of paper mache . Their faces are so whimsical who could not love these cherub faces :-) date about 1960's I would think by style and clothes give or take a few years .Window displays were such fun as children we sure window peeked when I was growing up and we saw things we could never afford but it was fascinating to look in the windows for all the new decorations . These are hand painted and one of a kind .
