THANKYOU artistlove :) for the love and kind words:) your so sweet:)
You see, i also missed this one!!!I guess it's the 28cm tall one... but it's not a vase but a champagne glass :) (just the one glass I am missing in my collection) There are two candleholders and at least two vases with the same design. The vase should have a flat wide rim.
Really stunning! love it!
thankyou toracat for the love and kind words:)
Thankyou austrohungaro , thankyofor the added information , man that is avery tall champange glass>:) thanks for looking austrohungaro and toracat:)
It is so interesting that it is a giant champagne glass and it has those fantastic dancing bubbles!
Hi you lot! So glad you navigated through to the 'ølglas', Sean. I find it a difficult site to move around on the iPad. As to champagne .... I think it was originally made for 'øl' - ale. The volume of the 28.5 cm version must be a third of a bottle of champers!
Cheers! Skål!
But don't skull it down!
hello vetraio50 , no skulling down this tall drink , the more the better:) and here i thought it was a vase :) lol a new glass to drink out of:)thankyou for the kind words:0 and thankyou Amberrose and Justanovice for the loves:) .
thankyou miKKoChristmas11 for the loves:)
vet its a great website and thankyou for the link :)
beer or champagne, one must up really happy after drinking whatever fron such a glass :) but it is really narrow, so it cannot hold too much (but yes, it seems more suitable for beer...)
I had a look on the box on harder net and the young lady has a cocktail with fruit slice on the edge and the young man an ale. Sexist rubbish!
LMAO :) OMG:)
thankyou czechman for the love:)
Lovely!... stands tall and proud amongst your wonderful collection!...:-)
Hahaha... I'd have champagne on it, of course! LOL
By the way, Bellin, how many lunches did you let pass? Here are my HighLife glasses, posted 10 months ago:http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/41647-high-life-per-ltken-holmegaard-1979?in=collection-480 I still have no pic of my HLvase, but as i told you, it has a wide flat rim (and stands more or less 28cm tall, like your glass)
I got this one last week and so cheap! :) now i just have to get the bigger vase and the two candleholders... also one of the rare jugs. Saying it is far much easier than getting them :/
It's amazing to mr how such intricate and precise designs can be made inside the glass...are all your Holmeggard's marked? It's a new name for me (well, everything is pretty much new...still wet behind the ears in glass-land)...Beautiful.
thankyou RhondaCorvallis for the loves , some of them just have the paper label and some of them are signed on the bottom. thankyou very much for the kind words:) and thankyou austrohungaro:)
