Me and Shannon bought this for a few bucks at a garage sale from a nice lady who said she got it from another older lady years ago. It seems to be really old, it says 1718 on the actual stein and "MDR 1732" on the lid. The top and bottom are both pewter. There is an insignia inside the lid that is hard to photograph. I will work on it though. We took it to an antique shop and they said it looks Dutch and not a remake. Has anyone seen anything like this? Thank you so much! Tommy.
