This toy motorcycle is from Hubley. Kiddie Toy. She took very good care of her toys, as you can see, or maybe she didn't play with it alot, as an act of childhood defiance. I imagine her Dad had alot to do with this toy as he was a motorcycle enthusiast, builder and collector. I think originally it had a rider, resembling a policeman. The toy is like new. Jimbo
