Strange Looking Pitchfork? I found this items years ago and have not been able ti identify it. It looks like a pitchfork accept it has two sides and a back and a narrow metal plate attached to the tines. Can anyone help identify this item? Any help is appreciated. Thank you

Looks like a cold climate or work related item which leaves me out.
Appears to be a modified 5 tine fork. Possibly used for scoopin manure.:)
