beautifull similar line patterns showon a red piece from vlkma
Thanks artislove. I will check it out.
ARTISLOVE.....I COULD NOT FIND THE RED PIECE YOU MENTIONED. CAN YOU GIVE A HIGHLIGHTED LINK ?
Looking at this piece again (and again) the decoration lines appear to be enamel painted. However it is signed with Loetz mark. Sooooo is the Tango or not ?
Saw this one this morning. Good buy!
can you get a straight on photo of the mark.. I am not sure it is a loetz mark. it looks closer to a circle than the long oval? (but it could be the angle of the camera)
It seems like usually the words are a little flatter than curved in the oval.
Compare it with the mark on the pieces KS just posted. those are longer and flatter than this one. (and those are definitely right)
Unfortunately, I believe Alisa is correct. If you look at the height to width ration and the spacing between the first and last letters (c-s and o-a), it does not appear to be a loetz mark. I think it may be the same as this one

Should say ratio, not ration
THANKS FOR THE COMMENTS ABOUT THE MARK. I GUESS WE CAN AGREE TO DISAGREE. THE MARK IS NOT ROUNDISH. IT IS A CORRECT LOETZ MARK.
