I got this at a yard sale, I believe, for just a few bucks. I love it :) I wish I had some of that colored oil though, instead of clear, it would have an even nicer look! Sticker on the side says Wolfard Glassblowing Co. Apparently, I made quite a steal!

Wolford is still in business. They make these in different sizes. You can use any brand lamp oil in these.
Oh, I've never seen one of these. I bet it's beautiful lighted. : )
I remember that! We were out snooping together and both saw it at the same time. Maybe at the old feed store shop?? *L* Glad to know you have it, especially since your power's been out for the last 12 hours!
I can say this was quite lovely burning.. I read some of my book by this lamp :)
Glad you had this. : )
nsvmom - how tall is this? I have the 9" one which I will post soon. They started making these in 1971 and still make them today. The 9" ones sell for $70 new.
You can also use citronella oil in them outside and keeps the mosquitos away. If you put colored oil in them they are very pretty. I use red at Christmastime.
This is pretty, I found a 6 in and the bigger one. Unfortunately, my daughter broke the big one, the same day that I bough it :(! So, I just have the smaller, but I cannot wait to see it lit on!
