I was told these were possibly vases by Franz Welz and have researched quite a bit and cant find anything with this type of 'square-ish' rim, the link is to 'scottvez' post is the nearest I can find.
I too like Greatsnowyowl (in 'scottvez' post) am leaning towards Legras, but not sure! so can anybody maybe put me in a direction, any help would be appreciated, thanks!
It has a polished inverted pontil mark and they stand approx..22cm - 6 1/2 inches tall.
Have placed them in the Bohemian category as wasn't sure were to put them.

I have 2 pieces I believe are legras. They don't have a polished pontil and yours seem to have more thickness. So, I don't think they are legras.
I'm still learning though, so I could certainly be wrong.

KS, Legras has varied quality. you can't look at one piece of legras and base all conceptions on that one piece. Some legras has pontil scars some is mavered some is thick and some is thin, some has fantastic exceptional quality enamelling some look like something a kindergartener could have done better. so on and so forth. there is a ton of variation in product from legras. From what I can tell from the book the line names are based on the shape not the glass color patterning. there are a lot of designs that are very similar to yours but they have wildly different names. It seems to be based on a trim pattern more than the ribbing.
I doubt the piece on the right is Legras.
these could also be Harrach (along with the possibilities of English or Legras)
that last comment was back to topic on these pieces btw I realized that could be confusing. :)
I saw similarities to the 3117 Glycine, which is why I thought it may have been Legras.
I know that many of their higher end pieces have pontils, but hadn't noticed any of these "ribbed spatter" pieces with pontils. Good to know that some do.

Spatter stuff is not my specialty I'll be the first to admit it. (in fact, I really don't much like the stuff as a general rule, no offense) :) but I have seen a ton of legras in general and the quality is wildly variable so I wouldn't be shocked at all to see a wide difference in the field. It's a mistake to get too hung up on details like thickness, pontil and what not when it comes to legras (or Harrach for that matter). :)
They also made this for a number of years. Plenty of room for variation. Whoops I do have a piece in a shape that was also done for spatter. it definitely has a cut and polished pontil scar. So, I can confirm for sure that some of these have polished pontil marks.
but I am talking more in general than arguing for the two above. the more I look at the ones above the more I do think they're probably Harrach or English of some flavour.
@ Ks's two examples looking at the book some more. I am totally unsure about your right piece. It might be.
