I spent a total of half an hour today, over lunch at the thrift and hit the jackpot! Three 4 inch green on yellow enamel bowls, lotus by Catherine Holm. I got a ton of other stuff, which I will be posting as soon as this one is done. I ran back to work, singing a song with a dance in my step. On the way home, I stopped at my usual haunt, and there was another one!!!! This is a two quart (?) cooking pot, blue on white, again with the lotus pattern. This one has seen better days, was loved a lot...especially on the inside.
Anyone have any good cleaning tips?
Hope all who are in the path of Sandy are safe! My Mom has two trees that fell on her house, no power but safe and sound. She's scrappy!
