I just picked up this unique piece at a garage sale for 10.00. This is a rather large and heavy clock with marbled base and pillars with a porcelin face and brass case. I'm not sure of the maker and would hope someone would recognize this piece. I don't have the key and the pillars have some cracks which need some repair. Otherwise its a great show piece. If u have any information let me know. On the bottom of the clock its inscribed in the Marble Made In France.

I was recently told this is a FRENCH PORTICO clock and dates to about the late 19th century...very excited.
