A nice old blanket chest someone was throwing out. It was painted an electric blue when I acquired it. I was going to pass on it at the time -- but after lifting the lid and seeing the solid wood construction I figured in would refinish nicely. It has a nice orange hue to it -- it is not pine but maybe cedar? The chip bags at the back are Doritos left over from halloween -- I always overstock -- who knew that those extra 50 kids were going to be a no show?
