This gizzmo I was told is a step-up step for a Model A truck. Eather flatbed truck, Milk truck, or old ice truck back in the days. Bottom has imbossed 1930 A. I don't think it came off a tractor. Has 3 holes to mount to the frame bracket. What do U think?

I have something similar to this only mine is much larger. I got mine at an auction and was told that it was an old amish buggy step. I would say you are on target with the step-up for a truck though since it is short. It's nice I like it.
Yeah, I didn't think of the old buggy days. But I'll stay with the truck step. Post yours on here, I'd like to see it....... Thanks, Chapeldreamer......
